Delivery Time

Every Divine Glow product is made to order. Due to high demand, current delivery time is 16 to 25 days from the date your order is placed. By completing your purchase you agree to this window. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. If we can't ship within the window, we'll email you an updated estimate and you may cancel for a full refund.

Priority Shipping

Moves your order to the front of the queue so it ships first. It is still fulfilled within the 16 to 25 day window and is not overnight/express delivery.

Shipping Protection

Protected orders that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit are replaced free of charge.

All Sales Final

Because every item is made to order, all sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong design, or delivery within the stated window.

Defective or Damaged on Arrival

Email theofficialdivineglow@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement. Damage from improper installation or misuse is not covered.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by email. After that, your order enters production.

Product Images

Images and videos are for illustration. Brightness, size and color can vary with vehicle, door height, ground surface and lighting, and minor design variations may occur.
